Simon has over 20 years experience in the tree industry and is a fully qualified arborist and also a Lantra qualified Professional Tree Inspector.
Typical work activities include:
Managing the business and colleagues on a day to day basis
Selecting plants and designing landscaping schemes
Applying knowledge of tree biology for effective tree maintenance
Following and negotiating clients' requirements
Managing tree care and tree planting contracts
Carrying out tree inspections and surveys
Site visits and gathering evidence for planning applications
Providing training for junior colleagues and volunteers

Scott always enjoyed helping out on a part time basis between his studies when he was younger and joined the company full time in March 2019.
He has completed an apprentice arborist qualification with Pershore college and is now a fully qualified tree surgeon.

Tom joined us as part of the governments Kick Start scheme back in summer 2021. Initially on a 6 month placement, he impressed us so much with his can do attitude and is still with us 18 months later. Tom is essentially our main man on the ground, helping to move the brash and logs, process the waste through the chipper and ensure that the working area is left clean and tidy.
Office Coordinator
Paula manages the accounts, administration and day to day
running of the office. With an extensive background in customer service, she always does her best to provide an excellent service for each individual customer. Paula provides all of the administration backing for all of our projects, dealing with any planning applications, conservation area and TPO checks, compiling reports for local councils in addition to the day to day running of the office, diaries and accounts.
